The prices include VAT applicable on the day of your order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of products sold by Yves Rocher within its Website.

This website delivers to Saudi Arabia only.

If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

We aim to delivery your order within 10-20 business days after your order has been successfully confirmed.

However, there are remote locations within KSA which will have longer delivery times, which are dependent on our delivery provider. For more information, please contact our Customer Service team.

Al Batool Company and shipment company won’t be liable for any wrong delivery if the customer provides wrong shipment information related to his/her order.

SHIPPING FEES

The delivery fee is 23 SAR.

The customer has the right to replace the product if it is found that there is a manufacturing defect or defect in the readiness of the product within 3 days after the delivery.

If you choose (pick up from the store), you have the right to open the closed product in the presence of a sales team, to ensure that it is in good condition. In the event of any damages or problems in the operation of the product, you have the right to replace it immediately. Please note that if Yves Rocher accepts a refund after order is dispatch, some fees, such as delivery cost or gift wrapping, will not be refunded.
